This study is an initiative within the ABC Observatory aimed at investigating some of the factors that impact the performance of the ABC Program, considering the perspective of the final customers: rural producers. More specifically, it proposed to identify and understand, from the point of view of these rural producers, the challenges and restrictions perceived by them in the process of contracting this credit line. For this, it sought to analyze in greater depth the experience of a specific municipality, as a case capable of illustrating the complexity of accessing the ABC Program, considering the context and understanding the local reality.
