This paper analyzes and details the regulatory options to present a proposal for the Brazilian Emissions Trading System based on the technical notes from the series of webinars organized by CEBDS between September 2020 and May 2021, and which were widely attended by specialists, private sector regulators, civil society, representatives of the federal government and the coordination of the PMR Brazil of the World Bank.
